When inquiring about a chinchilla, please include the color you are interested in (or name/number if listed on the for sale page), sex of the animal, age range your were looking at, and price range you are willing to spend. If you have not specified a chinchilla, this will help to narrow down your search for the perfect companion for you! 

There are 2 ways to get ahold of as a new customer:

• Via Email - I do try to have access to email during the day. If I do not respond right away, please do not worry. Tho if I do not contact you within 48 hours, please resend your email.
• Via AIM - If you contact me via AIM, please do not IM me after 11pm. I too need sleep. This goes directly to my phone, and tends to wake the house when it goes off.
